Any quotation or list of prices is given on the basis that no Contract will come into existence until it is accepted by the Buyer. Any quotation or list of prices is valid for a period of 4 weeks only from its date or if later, the date it is received by the Buyer, provided that the Company has not previously withdrawn it.
All intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products are and will remain the property of Earth imports Ltd. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.
Accuracy of Content.
Earth Imports Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website and in the brochures. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The majority of our Goods are made from natural timber. The buyer accepts that the colour/grain of Goods may vary and may mellow with age/exposure to sunlight.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earth Imports Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Earth Imports Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by contacting you.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order.
We will notify you as soon as possible (usually within 1 working day) to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon receipt of payment.
Delivery Arrangements.
All furniture orders are delivered within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland by various courier services. Deliveries will take place on the agreed date. Please ensure that we are aware of your opening times. A signature on receipt will be required. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please inform the delivery crew before signing. If a cash on delivery agreement is made, the customer will be liable for the delivery costs if they are unable to take delivery on the agreed date or fail to provide payment.
After Delivery.
If you have any concerns, please call our customer services department on 0800 014 1711or email sales@earthimports.co.uk (As an absolute minimum we will respond to you in accordance with your legal rights).
Delays.
We aim to deliver to you within 72 hours of confirmation of order. Occasionally, your furniture may be delayed. This can be for a variety of reasons, however, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Cancellation Rights.
You are able to cancel your order up to two working days prior to the arranged delivery date. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange once opened unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Links to Other Websites.
We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Earth Imports Ltd accepts no liability in respect of the use of these websites.
Exclusions of Liability.
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Earth Imports Ltd or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
